Dr. James Ho, D.M.D. MPH

Dr. James Ho earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from Harvard University. He attended University of California, Santa Cruz for his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with a minor in Computer and Information Sciences.

A member of the American Dental Association (A.D.A.) and California Dental Association (C.D.A.) and American Association for Functional Orthodontics (A.A.F.O.), Dr. Ho devotes 100% of his time in patient care using the most up-to-date, safe and proven treatment modality that Dr. Ho is uniquely qualified to share with his patients.

In a typical clinical setting, Dr. Ho explains in detail all possible alternate treatment procedures, and obtains consensus on the best treatment plan based on the patient's need and resources. Many patients complement on Dr. Ho's repertoire of dental skills that offer them "one-stop" dental care for all their oral health needs.

Dr. James Ho may not be your ultra specialist who promises a better face after he dissembles your entire skull and put it back together from pieces, but with a well-rounded, medical-dental education from Harvard, he immerses himself with such proven high-tech innovations as digital X-ray, hard- and soft-tissue laser, and CAD-CAM (CEREC) dentistry.

Dr. Zhao brings a wealth of training skill to use in diagnosing and treating patients. He has not only earned his D.D.S. from the University of California, but also completed his Ph.D. in Oral health from the University of Michigan.

is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. He continues our dental group's commitment to next-generation dentistry and provides our patients individualized, comprehensive care with a gentle touch.

Dr. Zhao attended University of California San Francisco where he graduated with Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2008. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in Oral Health Sciences from University of Michigan Ann Arbor.
