Your First Appointment

From the time you step into our office, you will experience the courtesy and professionalism that Palo Alto Advanced Dentists is known for.  We value your time and make every effort to make sure you are seen promptly. 

When you make your first appointment, we will give you the option of having the necessary paperwork emailed to you so you don't have to spend extra time filling forms out when you arrive. If you have insurance, we will get your information right away so it's ready for you when you get here.

At your first appointment, we take digital x-rays to get a full understanding of your current oral health. The dentist will listen to your concerns and perform a careful examination. The dentist will go over your photos, x-rays, and any recommended treatment. All aspects of proposed treatment will be explained to you including number of visits, finances, and dental insurance coverage.

You'll be able to ask questions and make decisions without being rushed or pressured. 

Empathy and understanding go hand in hand with recommending any treatments you may need.
